Znanje o treningu in prehrani sta temelj uspešnega procesa treninga. Ekipa Kljt- Gym je usposobljena po mednarodnem standardnem programu AFP – Association of Fitness Professionals.
Sodelujemo veliko tudi z Matjažem Erjavcem iz Fitnesa Evolucija v Ljubljani, od koder smo pridobili veliko koristnih informacij o različnih vadbah in navodilih v praktičnem pomenu. Poleg tega redno sodelujemo tudi z njimi pri seminarjih o sami vadbi in dodatnem izobraževanju.
